Interests

Greek and Roman history, especially the Hellenistic period and the Roman empire; cultural history; Greek literature of the Roman period; Greek epigraphy. Teaches courses on the Roman empire and on early Christianity; also teaches Greek and Latin authors in the Classics Department.
