Job Candidates

Angus Burgin is a Visiting Scholar at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. His dissertation explores the foundations of modern conservative political thought, with a particular emphasis on the early membership of the Mont Pèlerin Society and their perceptions of the relationship between established social norms and the competitive marketplace. Angus holds a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University, and has been a teaching fellow for courses on modern American social thought and historiography.
