**Talk Title: Two Views of France in 1774**

These informal gatherings, on Monday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 pm, bring together scholars working at the intersections of history, economics and politics. Invited speakers will present for no more than 20 minutes, followed by a round table conversation. Light refreshments will be provided.
