CES Special Event & Art Exhibit Opening: Occupying Paris: 1968 and the Spaces of Protest

This panel discussion marks the fiftieth anniversary of the 1968 Paris protests and will focus on the ongoing legacy of the 1968 "occupation" of public space in contemporary politics. Following this dialogue, join CES for the opening of our new exhibit in the Jacek E. Giedrojc Gallery, entitled “Occupying Paris: 1968 and the Spaces of Protest," which maps out the spaces of protest along the Seine, leveraging the spectacular collection of Paris 1968 posters held at Harvard’s Houghton Library as well as photos from Yale’s Beinecke Library.
