A panel discussion of Justice Louis Brandeis’ life, work, and legacy, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of his confirmation to the United States Supreme Court.
The panel will include Brandeis scholars Melvin Urofsky (author, ‘Louis D. Brandeis: A Life’), Clyde Spillenger (legal historian and professor of law, UCLA Law School), and Jeffrey Rosen (President and CEO, National Constitution Center and author of forthcoming book on Brandeis). Moderated by Professor Tomiko Brown-Nagin and Dean Martha Minow.
