**Jack Cao** (Ph.D Candidate, Department of Psychology)

As educators, we want to teach in a fair way that's consistent with our values. But sometimes that doesn't happen. Why? Implicit biases may play a role. Jack Cao will discuss these biases, how they may play out in the classroom, and what might be done about them.
