"Spanglish" is a mixture of bilingual language analyzed in the United States by researchers who live within this social and linguistic reality. Now, how is it interpreted from external environments? What other realities the "Spanglish" presents beyond American communities? What is the opinion of European researchers about this linguistic and cultural phenomenon? The conversation, moderated by **Maria Luisa Parra** (Harvard University), includes the participation of **Angel Lopez Garcia-Molins** (University of Valencia), **Silvia Betti** (University of Bolonia) and **Carlos Hernandez** (University of Valencia).
