The conference is cosponsored by the **Berklee College of Music** and the following departments and centers at Harvard University: **Carr Center for Human Rights Policy; Center for African Studies; Committee on Ethnicity, Migration, Rights; David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies; Donald T.
