Aldukheil</strong><br>Chairman, Aldukheil Financial Group, a leading financial advisory firm based in Riyadh; former Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance</p><p>Dr. Aldukheil’s publications include <em>Saudi Government Revenues and Expenditures: A Financial Crisis in the Making</em> (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013) and <em>The Banking System and its Performance in Saudi Arabia</em> (Saqi Books, 1995). He earned a PhD in economics from Indiana University and, in addition to major roles in both government and the banking industry, has held numerous academic and research positions, including as a visiting professor at Georgetown University and as a research fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, Oxford University.</p><p><strong>Contact:</strong> <a href="mailto:elizabethflanagan@fas.harvard.edu">Liz Flanagan</a></p><p> </p>
