DESCRIPTION:<p>	Lowell Brower is a PhD candidate in the Department of African &amp; African American Studies at Harvard University. He will present <em>Once Upon a Time' in the Land of 'Never Again': Oral Literature in Post-Genocide Rwanda. </em></p><p>	A week in advance, the presenter’s paper will be circulated through the <a href="https://lists.fas.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/africanstudiesworkshop-list">Harvard African Studies Workshop listserv</a>.
