This is the fourth dracula movie ever and the first film in which the count is represented with fanged teeth. Drakula/Dracula is played by Atif Kaptan. Both the novel and the film make an explicit connection with the historical Vlad the Impaler, the Prince and three-time Voivode of Wallachia.</p><p>	<em>In Turkish with English subtitles.</em></p><p>	<strong>Contact:</strong> <a href="mailto:elizabethflanagan@fas.harvard.edu">Liz Flanagan</a></p><p>	See also: <a href="https://cmes.fas.harvard.edu/research-region/turkey">Turkey</a>, <a href="https://cmes.fas.harvard.edu/research-field/film-visual-art">Film &amp; Visual Art</a>, <a href="https://cmes.fas.harvard.edu/eventseries/ad-hoc-or-co-sponsored">Ad Hoc or Co-Sponsored</a>, <a href="https://cmes.fas.harvard.edu/academic-year/2017-18">2017-18</a></p>
