DESCRIPTION:<p>Harvard visiting faculty <strong>Bain Attwood</strong> (Monash University, Australia), <strong>Nicholas Bradley</strong> (University of Victoria, Canada), and <strong>Philip Deloria</strong> (University of Michigan, United States) will provide perspectives on global issues in the study of Indigeneity, a vibrant and growing discipline that is used to study Indigenous communities around the globe.  Each scholar will share perspectives on a seminal text used in their work and provide insight into how it engages with Indigenous Studies, both locally and globally. Join us for a panel discussion on the intersection of Indigenous cultures, comparative studies, colonialism, literature and history moderated by <strong>Maggie McKinley</strong>, Climenko Fellow, Harvard Law School.</p><p> A reception will follow the panel and be hosted in the Peabody Museum.  </p><p> <a href="https://peabody.harvard.edu/node/17">Directions and parking</a> Free event parking is available at the 52 Oxford Street Garage.
