Anne Ruderman is a historian of the transatlantic slave trade and the Atlantic World. She received her PhD in History from Yale University in 2016. She is currently writing a book, Supplying the Slave Trade: How Europeans met African Demand for European Manufactured Products, Commodities and Re-exports, 1670-1790.

At Harvard she is teaching the digital history course, HIST 1050, Slavery and the Slave Trade in the Atlantic World in Fall 2017.
