I am a PhD Candidate in History at Harvard, studying the intertwined history of crime, emancipation and the law in the Atlantic World. My research examines the role of criminal law and law enforcement in the construction of post-emancipation society in the United States and Jamaica.

I received my JD from Harvard Law School in 2019 and received both my BA and MA from McGill University.
