Nov 13, 7 pm: Professor Robert A. Margo, former chair of the Boston University Economics Department and incoming president of the Economic History Association, will discuss the effects of racism on African-American economic status in a lecture on Obama, Katrina, and the Persistence of Racial Inequality.
