Nov 13, 7 pm: Professor Robert A. Margo, former chair of the Boston University Economics Department and incoming president of the Economic History Association, will discuss the effects of racism on African-American economic status in a lecture on Obama, Katrina, and the Persistence of Racial Inequality.
About the series:
All of these events will take place at the Florence and Chafetz Hillel House at Boston University.
We hope that you will join our conversation as we make use of the German past and the American present to reflect together on the insidious legacies of racism in commerce.
