CES: "Conservative Political Parties and the Birth of Democracy in Europe"

The attendees will discuss two chapters of a book in progress that develops a new perspective on the role played by conservative political parties in the process of democratization in Europe, focusing in these chapters on the case of Britain and its comparative implications.
