Isabel Smail
My name is Isabel Smail. I am a junior living in Mather House (which is undoubtedly the best house), and I am pursuing a double concentration in both History and Government. A fun fact about me is that I chose to take a gap year to pursue my love of both travel and art history. Over the course of the year, I visited 18 countries, fulfilling my goal of seeing as many of the world’s historic art museums as possible. Here at Harvard, I balance my love for history, government, and art history with my passion for sports! I am a member of the club lacrosse, club ice hockey, and club pickleball teams. I am also a writer on the Sports Board for the Crimson. I am a proud Massachusetts native, which means I also cheer adamantly for all of Boston's professional sports teams. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding my life as a history concentrator at Harvard, or if you have any other questions about anything Harvard-related (unless you’re a Yankees fan… just kidding! :)
