Searching for evidence, exploring patterns within large collections of data, interpreting these patterns and then communicating these interpretations to others—these skills are crucial to many professions, and they are at the core of the History Department's undergraduate concentration.
While most concentrators choose careers in law, business, education, medicine, and government, each year, a number of History concentrators decide to become professional historians and enter leading graduate programs in the United States and abroad.
